Natural EMFs and Deeper Sleep

Brain waves during sleep are deeper if your bed is in the North-South orientation, as opposed to East-West. A recent Neuroarchitecture study (yes, Neuroarchitecture is a thing!) used sleep EEG testing to measure brain waves in two separate groups taking naps. The interior design was identical, and all that changed was the orientation of the bed. Based on the results, researchers theorize that if you're aligned with the earth's electromagnetic field (EMFs) at night, your sleep can benefit.
