Non-Toxic Yoga Equipment

I love evening walks in the Fall because you get tiny peeks into the windows of the coziness going on inside of houses in the neighborhood. Creepy? Maybe!!

The rest of my exercise routine heads inside during the dark months, so I set up my little yoga/gym space again this week. In that spirit, I made a new page on my website to share all of the non-toxic yoga equipment I’ve found.

It’s ironic that one of the most holistically healthy forms of exercise has so much plastic and foam involved. But there are a handful of companies changing that! Lots of cork and cotton and wood — I think it’s all much better-looking, too.
