Informed Decision

We just got back from the best camping trip in Central Oregon 🤩. Aside from all the time in nature and amazingly clear water, camping is a lot of big plastic storage tubs and inhaling campfire smoke….and I am 100% on board.

A perfectly pure, zero toxin life is not the goal. It’s all about informed decision.

You deserve to know what your things are made of, and what’s in the air you breathe and water you drink. Companies should disclose this information, so you can make the decision about how, and if, something fits in to your life, and whether a healthier version is worth it or not.

That’s what Interior Medicine is all about. (And for me, a polyester tent - and everything else that comes along with camping - for a few nights a year is always worth it!!)

I hope you had a good first weekend of summer!
