How to live with couch cushions, pillows, AND a dust mite allergy

◾️Unzip your couch cushions
◾️Place each cushion in a dust-mite-proof, CRIB-SIZE (!) mattress encasement
◾️Neatly tuck and fold your now mite-proof cushion back into the original cover

Voila!

Dust mites live by eating our dead skin cells, of which we shed about 40,000 daily. Our mattresses and couches are therefore full of dust mites and can cause asthma and allergy symptoms when we’re trying to relax, unless we protect against them!
